My name is Frédérique Thiébaut
I was born and brought up in France.

At 24, after my 2 Masters in Law and Masters in HR Management, I went backpacking around Asia for 6 months and then decided to settle in London. I have been living here for 16 years now. I am the mother of an 10 year old girl.

I have gained 16 years HR experience in the corporate world in the fields of Pharmaceuticals, Media, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Travel, Technology and Entertainment. ​
I became a certified Executive coach in 2017 and am accredited by the ICF.

​I am the founder of the Method 'The Conscious Leader's Path' and adopt a holistic approach when coaching my VIP clients. I use various tools and am also a certified hypnotherapist, whether it's about unlocking some untapped potential in your subconscious mind or lifting some old beliefs.
