Born and raised in France, I earned 2 Master’s degrees in Law and HR Management before embarking on a life-changing solo journey across Asia. I later settled in London, where I’ve spent the last 17 years, balancing my work with motherhood.

With 16 years of corporate HR experience across Pharma, Media, Finance, Tech, and Entertainment, I understand the pressures of high-level leadership.
In 2017, I became a certified Executive Coach (ICF accredited) and created The High-Vibe Leader Method - a holistic approach blending leadership strategy and mindset work to unlock untapped potential.

The loss of loved ones profoundly shaped my mission. Life is too short for misalignment - I help leaders find purpose, amplify their energy, and step into authentic, high-impact leadership.
